Bobby Gray
Managing Director & Founder
For nearly two decades, Bobby has built deep expertise and an expansive global network in the Life Science consulting ecosystem, serving pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies. He specializes in building and scaling high-performing consulting teams within regulated environments. With a strong commercial mindset and a broad understanding of the Life Science landscape, he enables value-adding collaboration between clients and specialist partners, connecting deep expertise with real business needs.
As Managing Director, Bobby is responsible for customer success and alliance management, ensuring that clients are matched with the right expertise and that alliance partners collaborate seamlessly to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Lone Dahl
Director of Finance, Legal and IT
Lone has extensive experience with financial management from both an audit consultancy, and from 20+ years in the international pharmaceutical and biotech industry. She served as CFO and later CFO/CEO at Cytovac A/S and Cytovac AB, a biotech company developing cancer immunotherapy. Her responsibility included financial strategy, governance, and operations. She has also served as Director of Finance at Topotarget A/S, later part of Onxeo S.A. listed on Euronext Paris, and as Finance Director Scandinavia at Sanofi / Synthelabo. Lone has a strong track record building and optimizing finance functions, implementing ERP systems, and ensuring compliance across global organizations.
Within The Alliance, Lone is responsible for finance, legal and IT, securing reliable and compliant operations that enable efficient collaboration and global customer support.
